Represents 15% of our available funds.
Instruments
Includes loans, convertible instruments, and quasi-capital.

Maximum investment of €15.0m per project.
Extended Maturity
Up to 20 years generally, and extended to 30 years specifically for social and affordable housing.
Tailored Structures
We also offer hybrid instruments (Quasi-Equity + Equity or Quasi-Equity + Senior Debt) to fit complex capital stacks, provided they adhere to the 49% cap.
